가평군에 따르면 우수인력 육성 분야의 수상자인 사회적협동조합공감21 채성수대표는 귀농귀촌인을 위한 사회적 협동조합을 설립하고 농림축산식품부 귀촌귀농 전문 교육기관 및 산림청 주관 귀·산촌 전문 교육 기관에 지정되는 등 가평군 귀농귀촌 발전에 크게 기여했으며, 원예산업 발전 분야 수상자인 친환경채소출하회 이근철회장은 약 30년 이상 농업에 종사하며 친환경 농산물 출하 조직체를 관리 및 출하하며 가평군 친환경농업 활성화에 기여하고 과학적인 영농기술 보급에 힘쓰는 등 다방면에서 왕성한 활동을 하고 있다고 전했다.
