이번 점검은 도내 3,739개소 축산물작업장 중 최근 3년간 행정처분을 받은 업소, ’21년 신규 인허가 업소 등 200개소를 대상으로 도, 시·군, 명예축산물위생감시원이 함께 감시활동을 추진한다고 했다.

현장점검 주요 점검사항은 “식육 등 축산물 운반과정의 위생적 취급 및 냉장·냉동 기준 준수 여부, 성수기 임시 채용직원 등의 건강진단 실시 여부, 위생관리기준 준수 및 자체위생관리기준서 작성·운영 여부 등” 이며, 위반사항이 중대하거나 고의적인 불법행위인 경우 영업정지, 허가취소 등 엄중히 관련규정에 따라 처분할 계획이라고 했다.
