[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군은 올바른 식생활교육 활성화를 위한 인적 자원 발굴과 역량강화를 위해 2021년 식생활교육 활동가 양성과정을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 식생활교육 활동가 양성과정은 16일부터 오는 19일까지 4일 간 평창군 농업기술센터 내 농업인 교육관 대강당에서 올바른 식생활교육에 관심 있는 주민과 인근 지자체 신청자 40명을 대상으로 진행된다고 했다. 

총 10개의 프로그램으로 미각교육의 이해와 실제, 전통음식의 우수성, 건강한 식품·건강을 해치는 식품 등 식생활과 관련된 전반적인 사항과 강사 활동을 위해 필요한 교수법, 강의 시연 등으로 구성됐으며, 80% 이상 이수 시 식생활교육 활동가 양성과정 수료증을 부여하며 수료한 회원에 한해 식생활교육 활동가 자격을 부여한다고 했다.

지난해에는 식생활교육 활동가 양성과정을 통해 23명이 교육을 이수했고, 현재 12명의 활동가가 2021년 평창군 식생활교육 지원사업에 참여하고 있다고 했다. 

이용하 유통산업과장은 “식생활교육 활동가들은 2021년 식생활교육 지원사업의 사업비 6천만 원을 지원받아 고령자건강 반찬나누기 외 6개 사업을 추진하여 2,962명(10월말 기준)에게 올바른 식문화 확산을 위한 교육 프로그램을 추진하였다.”고 밝혔다. 

한왕기 평창군수는“이번 식생활교육 활동가 양성과정을 통하여 더욱 많은 식생활교육 활동가를 확보하고 나아가 활동가들과 지속적인 소통을 통해 다양한 정책을 펼칠 수 있도록 하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
