캠코는 지난해 3월부터 공공개발 건물 입주 소상공인ㆍ중소기업의 임대료를 최대 50%(2천만원)까지 감면해 지난 6월말 기준 107건, 약 26억원을 지원했다고 전했다.

이에 더해 캠코는 한국전력공사 ’전기요금 감면’ 제도(’21.4월), 서울시 ’수도요금 감면’ 정책(’21.7월) 등을 활용해 공공개발 건물 입주사 중 재난지원금 수령 소상공인 등을 대상으로 전기*·수도요금을 최대 50%까지 감면하고 있다고 했다.

* 집합금지업종 50%(한도 30만원/월), 영업제한업종 30% 감면(한도 18만원/월)
