[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 26일 GH 경기주택도시공사와 경기도주식회사는 경기도 공공배달앱 “배달특급” 활용 확대를 위한 비대면 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 

경기도 “배달특급”은 소상공인과 소비자 상생 플랫폼을 지향하며 2020년 12월 시작한 서비스로 민간배달앱에 비해 대폭 낮은 중개수수료와 지역화폐를 연계한 할인 혜택으로 배달앱 시장에서 신선한 매개체 역할을 하고 있다고 했다. 

GH와 경기도주식회사는 지역상생발전을 도모한다는데 인식을 같이하고 배달특급 이용 활성화가 될 수 있도록 적극 협조하기로 했다고 전했다.  

GH는 이 협약을 통해 경기도 공공배달앱 “배달특급” 쿠폰을 자체 격려·포상제도 등에 활용함으로서 도내 소상공인을 간접 지원하게 되었다고 했다. 

아울러, GH 이헌욱 사장은 “이번 협약을 통해서 코로나19 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인에게 도움이 됨은 물론 이번 사례를 통해 타 공공기관 및 민간업체에 사용 활성화를 독려하여 배달특급 활성화를 기대한다”고 말했다.
