기념식은 개식사, 가평전투 약사 낭독, 추모예배, 헌화 순으로 진행됐으며, 영연방 기념행사에 이어 각 국 관계자들은 북면에 위치한 캐나다, 호주, 뉴질랜드 참전비로 이동해 추모행사를 가졌다고 했다.
