이 교육은 기본과정(100명) 및 심화과정(30명)으로 구성되어 상·하반기 2회 운영되며, 기본과정은 춘천, 원주, 강릉 3개 지역에서 4주간 48시간(이론 24시간, 실습 24시간) 교육 이후 2개월간 소상공인과의 매칭을 통한 현장활동을 진행하며, 상반기에는 총50명(춘천20,원주15,강릉15)이 교육을 받는다고 했다.
