매월 운영되는 소외계층 밑반찬 지원 사업은 새마을부녀회 사업으로, 결식의 우려가 높은 저소득 독거노인과 장애인 가구에 밑반찬을 전달하고, 복지사각지대에 있는 소외된 이웃에게 필요한 복지서비스를 연계하고 있으며, 부녀회원들은 이른 아침부터 소시지야채볶음, 어묵볶음, 겉절이, 김 등 입맛을 돋우는 반찬들을 정성껏 준비하여 도움이 필요한 가정에 전달하며 안부를 전했다고 했다. 

김지일 불현동장은 “힘든 시기에 어려운 주민들을 위하여 정성껏 음식을 준비해주신 새마을부녀회에 감사드리고, 동에서도 복지사각지대가 발생하지 않도록 최선을 하겠다”고 전했다.
