이번 특별경계근무는 오는 8일부터 실시해 개표가 종료될 때까지 실시되며, 강화된 화재예방대책을 추진함과 동시에 신속한 초동대응 체계를 유지하기 위해 소방펌프차량과 구급차량을 근접 배치하게 된다고 했다.
