이번 감찰에서는 공무원들이 선거분위기에 편승하여 정치적 목적의 정당 행사지원과 공공자료의 불법 유출, SNS 등을 이용한 특정 후보자지지 또는 반대 의사 표시와 같은 정치적 중립을 훼손하는 행위와 선거를 이유로 정당한 사유 없는 민원지연, 민원 부당 반려와 거부 등 소극적 업무 행태와 부작위나 직무태만 등의 복지부동 행위를 점검 할 예정이라고 했다.
