일자리 안심공제 지원 사업은 관내 근로자의 목돈 마련을 통해 실질 임금수준을 개선하고, 근로자의 장기 재직으로 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 추진되며, 최대 34명을 모집하는 이번 사업은 근로자에게 매월 50만 원(기업 15만 원, 근로자 15만 원, 지원금 20만 원)을 5년간 적립한 후 만기 시 총 3천만 원의 적립금을 지원한다고 전했다.

신청 대상은 중소기업 또는 중견기업으로 소속 상용근로자 1명 이상인 기업으로 사업장 소재지가 양양군으로 되어 있어야 하며, 근로자의 경우는 5년 이상 재직이 가능한 정규직 또는 무기 계약직으로, 강원도에 주소지가 되어 있는 경우만 가능하고, 본 사업은 예산소진 시까지 연중 진행되며, 강원형일자리 안심공제 홈페이지를 통해 접수하면 된다고 했다.
