[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 11월 23일부터 26일까지 홍천군이 2차례에 걸쳐 (재)한국여성수련원에서 홍천군 로컬푸드 생산자를 대상으로 한 공감소통 워크숍을 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.

’생산을 배려하는 소비! 소비를 생각하는 생산!‘을 주제로 진행되는 워크숍은 로컬푸드 친환경 생산자 등 110명을 대상으로 2기로 나눠 1박2일의 일정으로 실시한다고 했다. 

교육 1부에서는 코로나19 팬데믹과 기후변화, 세상의 이슈와 트렌드, 먹거리 전환 등 급변하는 국내외 변화 속에서 생산과 유통, 소비를 배려하는 올바른 먹거리에 대해 이해하는 시간을 갖으며, 2부에서는 홍천농업 중장기 발전계획, 홍천형 혁신프로젝트 등 지역 순환경제 설명으로 생산혁신, 유통혁신, 농촌혁신, 일자리혁신, 도농순환혁신 등 홍천 농업혁신 프로젝트 실행계획의 목표를 공유한다고 했다.

박승영 혁신프로젝트 T/F팀 추진단장은 “생산자와 함께 지속 가능한 홍천형 미래농업을 만들어 가겠다”고 말했다.
