[김준호 기자 = 동해시] 동해시(시장 심규언)는 10월 6일부터 11월 3일까지 농업기술센터에서 귀농·귀촌교육을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 귀농귀촌 신규농업인 및 귀농귀촌에 관심이 많은 시민을 대상으로 영농기초기술 교육을 통해 성공적인 농촌생활 및 귀농 정착을 돕기 위해 마련됐다.

수강을 희망하는 시민은 9월 30일까지 동해시농업기술센터 농업정책팀 방문 또는 이메일로 접수하면 된다. 

교육은 10월 6일부터 11월 3일까지 총 11회에 걸쳐, 평일은 오후 6시부터 9시, 주말은 오전 9시부터 12시까지 진행될 예정이다. 

교육생은 귀농정책, 귀농인 정착사례, 작물 기초 재배기술, 분토마을 음식체험관 장류담기 체험, 농업기계 운전체험, 원예실습 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 귀농을 위한 전반적인 교육을 이수하게 된다.

정미경 농업기술센터소장은 “귀농·귀촌에 관심 있는 시민들의 많은 관심을 바라며, 귀농·귀촌교육을 통해 보다 편안히 농촌생활에 적응할 수 있는 계기가 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
