횡성군 공공용지 편입 사유지 분할측량수수료 지원 조례안은 도로·하천 등 공공용지로 이용되거나 도시계획시설 예정선, 토지이용규제 기본법에 따라 지역·지구로 지정되어 재산권 행사 시 불편이 따르는 사유지에 대한 토지분할 측량수수료 지원으로 토지소유자의 경제적 부담을 덜어주기 위해 마련하였다고 했다.

이 조례안이 통과되면 횡성군에 주소를 둔 토지소유자는 공공용지 편입 부분의 토지 분할측량 시 연 1회 100만원 한도 내에서 측량수수료를 지원받을 수 있게 되며, 조례로 지원 근거를 마련하는 것은 전국 최초이며, 보다 자세한 내용은 횡성군 홈페이지 입법예고 게시판을 참고하면 되고, 해당 조례에 의견이 있을 경우 오는 4월 28일까지 횡성군청 토지재산과에 의견을 제출하면 된다고 전했다.
