[김준호 기자 = 평창군] 내년 6월 11일 강원특별자치도의 성공적 출범을 위하여 시·군별로 강원특별자치도 출범과 연계한 발전방안을 발표하고 권역별 상생 발전방안을 모색하는 것이 이번 토론회의 쟁점이다.

평창군은 강원도, 원주시, 홍천군, 횡성군과 함께 31일(수) 원주문화원에서 열린 권역별 지역혁신 열린강원 대토론회에 참석했다고 밝혔다.

이번 토론회는 강원도와 18개 시·군 공동주최 및 강원도민일보 주관으로 ▶평화권역(춘천, 철원, 화천, 양구, 인제, 고성), ▶원주권역(원주, 홍천, 횡성, 평창), ▶동해안권역(강릉, 동해, 속초, 양양), ▶폐광권역(태백, 삼척, 영월, 정선) 총 4개 권역으로 나누어 추진된다.
