주요 기관장 및 의원들이 맨 앞줄을 차지하는 기존 취임식과 달리, 이번 취임식의 맨 앞줄에는 50인 이상 고용 및 법인세 성실납부 등 관내 주요 기업인, 아너 소사이어티 회원들과 5,000시간 이상 자원봉사자, 사회복지시설 입소자들이 초청받았다고 했다.
