[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 김동연 더불어민주당 경기도지사 예비후보가 ‘이재명이 만들고 김동연이 꽃피우는’ 공약 시리즈 ‘명작동화(明作東花)’ 제2탄을 공개하고, 공공 산후조리원 확충을 통해 산후 돌봄 공공성 강화하겠다는 구상을 밝혔다.

공공산후조리원은 이재명 민주당 상임고문이 경기도지사 시절 여주 등에 설립하는 등 역점 추진했던 사업으로, 대선 공약으로도 내세웠던 대표적인 ‘이재명 표’ 공약이라고 했다.

김 후보는 지난 24일 자신의 SNS에 게재한 ‘공공산후조리원을 확충하겠습니다’라는 제목의 글을 통해 이재명 표 공약을 한층 발전시켜 나가겠다는 의지를 드러냈다고 전했다.

김 후보는 구체적인 방안으로 공공산후조리원 설치 지원 확대, 공공산후조리원 요금 감면 제도 완화(3자녀→2자녀)를 통한 혜택 현실화, 민간산후조리원 시설 및 서비스 표준화 기준 마련 등을 제시했다고 전했다.
