청년기본소득 지급조건은 포천시에 주소를 두고 있는 만 24세 청년 중 경기도에 3년 이상 계속 거주하거나 합산 10년 이상 거주한 청년이면 누구나 신청 가능하며, 1인당 연 100만 원(분기별 25만 원)을 지역화폐(카드형 포천사랑상품권)로 지급하는 청년복지정책 사업이라고 했다.
