[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 12월 23일 홍천군 중앙자율방범대는 홍천읍 행정복지센터를 방문, 200만원 상당의 어려운 이웃돕기 물품을 전달했다고 밝혔다.

전달식에는 이효상 대장을 비롯해 김인수 부대장, 김주경 팀장과 김범준 팀장, 허필중 대원 등이 참석했다고 했다.

이효상 대장은 “남을 돕는다는 것은 또 다른 행복의 시작이기에 회원들의 뜻을 모아 물품을 전달하게 됐다”고 말했다.

한인용 홍천읍장은 “평소에도 주민을 위한 많은 일을 하며 어려운 이웃돕기 물품까지 기탁해 주셔서 감사드린다”며 “어려운 이웃들에게 잘 전달하겠다”고 말했다.

자율방범대는 지역 주민의 안녕을 위해 자율적으로 방범활동을 펼치고 있으며, 마을 정화사업을 통해 지역 발전에 이바지하고 있다고 했다.
