[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 27일 동두천시 중앙동 지역사회보장협의체는 2021년 제10회 임시회의를 개최하여 현안사항을 논의하였다고 밝혔다.

이날 회의는 코로나19 방역 수칙을 준수한 가운데 9시부터 18시까지 참석 인원을 시간대별로 나누어 순차적으로 하루 종일 진행되었고, 사랑의 김장 나눔 특화사업을 안건으로 상정한 후 심도 있는 토의를 벌였다고 전했다.

지역사회보장협의체 위원 간의 의견제시와 협의를 통해 오는 11월 10일에 김장 행사를 추진하고, 김치가 꼭 필요한 복지사각지대 위기가구를 집중적으로 발굴하여 최종 지원 대상자를 선정하기로 결정하였다고 했다.    

경규환 공동위원장은 “실직으로 인한 경제적 빈곤 위기가구와 가족이 없는 고령의 독거 어르신에게 김장을 전달하여 이번 동절기를 잘 보내실 수 있는 토대를 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.
