지난 2021년 7월 28일 실시한 ㈜씨앤에스와 중앙동 지역사회보장협의체, 중앙동 행정복지센터의 업무협약을 근거로 추진되었으며 주거환경과 위생관리가 열악한 복지사각지대를 민·관이 함께 발굴함으로써 진행될 수 있었다고 했다.  

㈜씨앤에스 관계자는 “업무협약 후 처음 방역에 참여하였는데 매우 뿌듯하였고 큰 보람을 느꼈다. 오늘을 시작으로 정기적인 방역활동을 통해 많은 분들에게 쾌적한 주거환경을 제공해 드리고 싶다”는 포부를 밝혔다.

한편, 이춘우 중앙동장은 “코로나19의 확산으로 건강과 방역의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 만큼 ㈜씨앤에스와 지속 가능한 협력체계를 구축해 나가겠다”고 전했다.
