서류 및 면접심사를 거쳐 선발된 인원에 대해 경기도가 지정한 교육기관에서 80시간의 이론수업과 10시간 이상의 현장실습으로 운영되며, 양육공백이 발생하는 가정에 대기 없이 아이돌봄서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다고 말했다.
