[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 9월 7일 캠코 등 부산지역 5개 공공기관*은 BIFC 35층 한국남부발전 대회의실에서 ｢부산 문현 금융단지 기업성장응답센터** 협의체(이하 ‘협의체’)｣ 발대식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

*  기술보증기금, 주택도시보증공사, 한국남부발전(주), 한국자산관리공사, 한국주택금융공사 

** 정부의 ‘공공기관 현장공감 중소기업 규제애로 개선방안, (’19.12월)’에 따라 불필요한 규제를 개선하고 중소기업 혁신성장을 돕기 위해 각 기관별 설치한 기업 규제애로 해소 전용상담창구

발대식과 함께 캠코 등 5개 공공기관은 규제혁신 주체로서, 협의체를 통해 불합리한 규제개선과 기업민원보호 방안을 적극 강구하는 등 기업 규제혁신을 위해 힘을 모으기로 했다고 전했다.

이를 위해 캠코 등 5개 공공기관은 기업규제 개선과제 발굴 및 상호협조․지원, 민원보호 업무 전문성 제고, 지역중소기업 활력 제고 등을 위한 공동 노력과 함께, 기관별 ‘기업성장응답센터’ 운영정보를 상호 공유할 예정이라고 했다.

다양한 부문에서 공적역할을 수행하고 있는 공공기관들이 기업 활력 제고를 위한 규제개선을 위해 협력하기로 한 만큼 긍정적 시너지 효과가 기대된다고 했다. 

협의체 관계자는 “협의체가 합심하여 코로나19 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 부산지역 중소기업들이 활력을 되찾을 수 있도록 노력하겠다”며, “기업민원, 규제개선 의견 등을 다방면으로 수렴하고, 접수된 의견은 협의체에서 적극 개선․반영할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.    

한편, 캠코는 지난해 12월 온라인 접수창구와 부산 본사 및 전국 10개 지역에 기업성장응답센터를 설치하고 ‘기업민원 보호․서비스헌장’을 제정하는 등 기업규제에 따른 현장 애로사항 청취와 해소를 위해 힘쓰고 있다고 전했다.
