[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 30일 재단법인 의정부시평생학습원은 직장 내 올바른 성의식의 정립과 양성평등한 직장문화를 조성하고 건강한 공직사회 구현을 위한 성희롱·성폭력 고충심의위원회 구성과 고충 심의위원 6명에 대한 위촉장을 수여하였으며 직장 내 발전적인 성문화 확립을 위한 간담회를 개최하였다고 밝혔다.

이번 성희롱·성폭력 고충심의위원회는 여성과장애인권익성장센터 박기혁 회장, 성희롱·성폭력 예방 교육 전문 황영주 강사, 한국양성평등교육진흥원 김은주 강사 등 외부전문위원 3명을 포함 총 6명의 위원으로 구성되어 운영되며 성희롱·성폭력 예방은 물론 객관적 실효성을 확보하게 되었다고 했다.

재단법인 의정부시평생학습원은 효율적인 운영을 위해 위원들의 적극적인 참여와 노력을 강조하였으며 바쁜 중에도 적극 참여해준 외부전문 위원들에게 특별한 감사의 마음을 전했다고 했다.

또한 의정부시평생학습원은 성희롱·성폭력 근절을 위한 직원 모두의 관심과 역할을 강조하였으며, 향후 성희롱·성폭력 근절을 위한 예방교육과 올바른 인식변화를 위한 지속적인 노력을 다짐하였다고 했다.
