[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 2월 16일, 대한노인회 홍천군지회는 대한노인회 홍천군지회 이사회의장에서 어르신 일자리 사업 확대 및 취업알선 홍보를 위해 대한노인회 홍천군지회 홍천읍 현종길 분회장외 11명에게 '취업알선 홍보대사' 위촉장을 수여했다고 밝혔다.

홍천군 취업센터는 지난해 취업알선 당초 140명 취업 목표에 236명의 취업을 알선하여 전국에서 취업왕으로 선정되었으며, 2022년도에는 취업목표 160명을 목표 달성을 위해 홍보대사 위촉, 홍보 방역물품(마스크) 지급 등의 사업을 추진하고 있고, 강원도 인턴형사업은 60세이상 어르신을 6개월이상 취업시 월 45만원씩 6개월 지원하며, 대상기업은 4대보험 가입기업으로 신규 취업(비취업 3개월이상)희망자가 6개월이상 계약직으로 취업 4대 보험에 가입하면 월 보수 의 50%(최대 월45만원) 지원하게 된다고 전했다.

이상순 센터장은 “사업목표 달성을 위해 강원도 인턴형사업, 시니어인턴형사업,수자원공사 공익사업, 관내기업의 단기 환원사업 등을 적극 추진하여 관내기업에서 어르신들을 많이 취업할 수 있도록 유도하고, 관내 골프장관리, 생산직, 경비직, 운전, 주방보조 등 60세이상 어르신이 일할 수 있는 기업을 찾아 취업알선을 통해 어르신들의 노후생활안정과 홍천군 취업센터의 사업목표를 완성하겠다”고 말했다.
