[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8월 19일 의정부시는 2021년 의정부시 노사민정 실무협의회 위원 위촉식 및 협의회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

코로나19로 엄중한 상황이지만 노동 현안 및 내년 노동정책에 대한 논의가 반드시 필요한 시점이었기에 사회적거리두기 방역지침을 준수하여 대면 회의로 진행되었다고 했다.

이날 위촉식에는 근로자 및 사용자 실무책임자를 비롯한 노동 관련 민간단체 관계자 5명에게 위촉장을 수여하였으며, 노사관계 및 2022년 노동정책 시행계획(안)에 대한 논의도 함께 진행하였으며, 노사민정 실무협의회는 의정부시 노사민정협의회 설치 및 운영조례 제8조에 따라 지역 내 최고 고용노동거버넌스인 의정부시 노사민정협의회의 위임사항을 처리하고 상정할 안건을 사전 검토·조정하는 역할을 수행하고 있다고 했다.

이번 회의에서는 금년 노동정책 관련 추진실적에 대해 공유하고, 의정부시에서 계획하고 있는 2022년 열다섯 가지의 단위사업에 대한 위원들의 심도 깊은 논의가 이루어졌으며 제안된 의견을 반영하여 9월 중 개최될 노사민정협의회의 안건으로 상정할 예정이라고 했다.

노사민정실무협의회 위원장인 권영일 일자리정책과장은 “코로나19로 인한 비상 상황이지만 노동 현장의 목소리를 듣고 노사가 함께 화합할 수 있도록 노력을 아끼지 않겠다.”고 말했다.
