[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 21일 포천시는 일동면에 소재한 ㈜파텍스를 방문해 기업애로를 청취했다고 밝혔다.  

이날 현장방문은 박윤국 시장, 포천시의회 의장 직무대리 송상국 부의장, 기업지원과장, 교통행정과장, 친환경농업과장, 일동면장 등이 함께하였으며, 기업애로에 대한 간담회와 공장제조시설 견학 등으로 진행됐다고 했다. 

김창식 대표는 “포천시와 경기도 지원사업으로 수출용 홍보 카탈로그와 영상물 제작, 소규모기업환경 개선사업 등에 선정되어 많은 도움을 받았다.”고 고마움을 전하며, 애로사항으로 공장 진출입 도로의 중앙선이 절선 등을 요청했다.

박윤국 시장은 “기업들이 성장해 나갈 수 있는 여건과 환경을 만드는 것이 우리의 일이다. 시간을 두고 기업애로를 풀어나갈 수 있도록 같이 노력할 것이며, 파텍스가 더 많은 고용을 창출하고 성장해 나갈 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다.”고 말했다.

포천시의회 의장 직무대리 송상국 부의장은 “앞으로 포천시가 기업하기 좋은 도시로 더욱 더 도약해 나갈 것이라 생각한다. 파텍스가 더욱 발전해 나가기를 바라며, 의회도 지원을 아끼지 않겠다.”고 밝혔다. 

한편, ㈜파텍스의 주생산품은 가공실, 니트원단으로 ISO, 기술혁신형 중소기업인증, 경영혁신형 중소기업인증 등의 품질인증을 받았으며, 또한 국내시장뿐만 아니라 해외시장 개척을 위해 노력하여 2012년에는 무역협회에서 무역의날 500만불 수출의탑을 수상했다고 전했다.
