기업SOS 사업은 적극적인 기업애로 및 규제 발굴·개선으로 기업하기 좋은 도시 조성과 유관기관 연계사업 및 자체사업 추진으로 안정된 기업생산 활동 지원을 목적으로 하고 있다고 했다.

기업관련 각종 지원 사업으로는 중소기업 육성자금 지원 ‘자금융자 등’, 중소기업 특례보증 지원 ‘운전·시설자금 융자보증 등’, 지식재산창출 지원 ‘특허·디자인 맵, 제품 디자인·브랜드 개발 등’, 기술닥터사업 ‘맞춤형·단계별 기술지원 등’, 섬유기업 현장기술 돌봄이 사업 ‘기술상담·지도 등’, 중소기업 개발생산판로 맞춤형 지원 ‘개발·생산·마케팅 등 맞춤형 기업지원 등’, 국내전시회 참가기업 지원, 소규모 기업환경 개선사업 지원, 찾아가는 기업SOS 현장방문 사업 등이 있다고 전했다.

동두천시 관계자는 “기업이 경영활동에 전념할 수 있도록 중소기업의 애로 및 규제 해소를 위해 노력하겠으며, 더 많은 기업이 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 적극 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.
