[김준호 기자=영월군] 영월군 상하수도사업소에서는 철거된 하수용 펌프 및 지역업체로부터 기증받은 폐기 상수도 밸브, 펌프류를 옥외에 전시하였다.

상,하수 관련 공무원들에게는 실물자재를 직접 접합게 함으로써 전문성 향상 기회를 제공하고 상하수도사업소를 방문하는 주민들에게는 볼거리를 제공하고 있다.

정억교 상하수도사업소장은 “앞으로도 철거나 교체되는 상하수도 자재를 폐기처분하지 않고, 공무원들의 조기업무 습득과 지역주민들에게는 볼거리를 제공하겠다.”라고 하였다.
