[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 25일 동해시의회가 승진한 직원에게 임용장을 수여했다고 밝혔다.    

이번 인사는 동해시의회 인사위원회를 구성 후 승진 임용을 심의하여 단행한 첫 자체 승진 인사로 2022년 동해시의회 인사운영 기본계획에 따라 승진 후보자의 업무실적과 경력을 고려하여 결정됐으며 의회사무과 지방행정서기(행정8급)가 지방행정주사보(행정7급)로 승진했다고 전했다.

김기하 의장은 “동해시의회 인사위원회를 구성 후 승진 임용을 심의한 첫 자체 승진 인사라는 것에 큰 의미가 있으며 앞으로도 공정하고 합리적인 인사 운영으로 능력과 전문성을 갖춘 인재를 확보하겠으며, 의회 소속 직원들이 지방자치 발전의 중요한 역할이라는 사명감으로 근무에 임해줄 것”을 당부했다.
