[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 15일부터 17일까지 태백시는 태백볼링장에서 제6회 태백시협회장기 볼링대회와 오는 16일부터 7개월간 주말마다 태백종합운동장 고원 1,2구장에서 제13회 협회장기 T-리그 축구대회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

태백시체육회와 태백시볼링협회가 주최·주관하는 이번 대회는 볼링 동호인 10개 클럽 24개팀 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 승부를 펼칠 예정이며, 경기는 3일간 개인전과 단체전 3개조로 나누어 열리며 마지막 날에는 시상식이 진행된다고 했다.

또한, 태백시축구협회와 태백시체육회가 주최·주관하는 제13회 협회장기 T-리그 축구대회는 10개 클럽 19개팀 300여명의 선수가 참가한 가운데 청년부, 노장부, 장년부로 나뉘어 각 부별 예선리그, 결선 토너먼터 방식으로 진행된다고 전했다.

태백시 관계자는 “이번 대회를 통해 스포츠 동호인들이 우의와 건강을 다지며 생활의 활력을 되찾는 시간이 되기를 바란다.”며 “방역수칙을 잘 준수해 안전한 대회를 개최하겠다.”고 말했다.
