[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 태백시는 오는 11일 오전 10시 시청 주차장에서 양대강 발원지 잇기 제22회 태백시민 한마음 달리기대회를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

강원도민일보가 주최하고 태백시체육회와 공동 주관하는 이번 대회는 태백시청에서 출발해 상장동 축협 1주공사거리, 국민체육센터, 황지정보산업고등학교, 이마트편의점(연못뒷길), 황지연못에 도착하는 4km구간으로 진행된다고 했다.

참가자에게는 기념 티셔츠가 선착순 무료로 제공되며 대회 종료 후에는 황지연못에서 경품추첨 행사도 진행된다고 전했다.

태백시 관계자는 “생명의 젖줄인 한강과 낙동강, 양대강의 발원지를 갖고 있는 태백과 그 속에 어우러져 살고 있는 태백시민의 자부심을 드높이고, 그 가치를 재확인하는 태백시민 한마음 달리기 대회에 많은 시민의 관심과 참여를 바란다”고 말했다.
