[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코는 지난 11월 17일부터 오는 19일까지, 오는 11월 24일부터 26일까지 2회에 걸쳐, 경제적 여건 등으로 가족여행 기회가 없었던 30가족을 선정해 ｢희망리플레이(Replay) 제주도 가족여행｣을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

‘희망리플레이 제주도 가족여행’은 어려운 환경 속에서도 희망을 잃지 않고 열심히 살아가는 우리 이웃들에게, 재충전 기회와 가족 사랑을 키울 수 있도록 제주도 가족여행을 선물하는 캠코의 대표 사회공헌활동이라고 했다.

캠코는 지난 2010년부터 매년 봄․가을로 총 24회에 걸쳐 1,144가족, 3,779명에게 제주도 여행으로 희망을 선물하고 있으며, 작년에 이어 올해도 코로나19 장기화에 따른 방역상황을 감안해 여행횟수와 참여인원을 줄였다고 전했다.

사연과 소득수준 등 심사를 거쳐 선정된 가족들은 2박 3일간, 코로나19 방역지침을 철저히 준수하는 가운데, 승마, 귤따기 등 체험활동과 용머리해안, 주상절리, 마라도 등 주요 관광지를 여행하고, 제주도 특산물을 함께 나누며 가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보내게 된다고 했다. 

지난 11월 17일 가족여행 첫날 열린 여행 기념식에서 신흥식 캠코 사장 직무대행은 대한적십자사에 기부금 8천만원을 전달하고, 캠코 임직원들이 농장에서 직접 수확해 만든 감귤청을 참가한 가족 모두에게 선물했다고 했다.
