의정부시는 황범순 의정부시 부시장을 종합관리본부장으로 요소수 관리 대응 T/F팀을 구성해 요소수 대응·수습을 총괄 지휘하고, 각 실무대책반을 통한 민원접수 및 원스톱 상황처리로 요소수로 인한 시민불편을 최소화하기로 했고, 철저한 상황관리로 관내 주유소별 요소수 1일 유입 유출량을 종합관리 하면서 요소수가 필요한 시민들에게 주유소 안내 및 재고량을 공지할 예정이라고 전했다.
