이날 지체 및 시각장애가 있지만 돌봐줄 가족이 없고, 스스로 생활하는데 어려움이 많다며 상담을 신청한 복지사각지대 가구와 유선으로 소통하여 건강, 경제, 주거, 안전 등의 위기상황 발생 여부를 파악하였으며, 장시간의 상담 결과 생필품 지원과 더불어 다양한 질병 치료를 위해 진료를 받아야 하지만 병원이용에 어려움이 많다고 호소하여 장애인 맞춤형 도우미 사업을 연계하고, 동 이웃돕기 물품을 제공하기로 하였다고 했다.

이춘우 중앙동장은 “다양한 경로에 의해 발굴된 취약가정의 목소리에 귀를 기울여 위기상황에서 벗어날 수 있도록 지원하고, 정기적인 모니터링을 실시하겠다”고 전했다.
