설악면지역사회보장협의체 위원인 파미농원 박명천 대표는 “어려운 환경에 놓인 이웃들에게 가평오색엿을 통한 행복나눔을 실천하고자 하는 마음으로 기탁하였고, 앞으로도 지속적인 기탁을 통해 이웃사랑을 실천하고 싶다.”고 말했다.

이에 이범주 설악 면장은 “모두가 힘든 시기에 지역 내 이웃들을 위해 나눔을 실천해 주셔서 감사를 드리며 따뜻한 마음이 주민들이 느낄 수 있도록 소중히 전달하겠다”고 전했다.

기탁된 가평오색엿은 사회복지공동모금회의 기탁 절차 이행 후 설악면 관내 거주하는 복지대상자에게 전달 될 예정이라고 했다.
