[김일웅 기자= 경기북부/강원] 가평소재 최고가 아파트 ‘청평라폴리움’에서 관리사의 이상한 ‘갑질’이 벌어지면서 관리사와 입주민들 간에 고소·고발이 벌어진 것은 21년 여름, 끝날 것 같지 않았던 싸움은 결국 입주민들이 들고 일어나면서 일단락되었다.

지난 2월 13일 가평소재 최고급 아파트 ‘청평라폴리움’의 구분소유자들이 자신들의 소유 아파트를 제대로 관리하기 위해 새로운 입주자 대표를 선출하면서 새롭게 출발을 하게 됐다.

이날 ‘청평라폴리움’ 아파트 구분소유자들은 가평경찰서의 보호 아래 새로운 입주자 대표 및 임원을 선출하고 자신들의 소유 아파트를 다시 과거의 최고급 아파트로 만들기 위한 첫발을 내 딛게 됐다.

과거 ‘청평라폴리움’은 이명박 전 대통령 별장이 옆에 나란히 있을 정도로 매우 좋은 위치에 자리 잡고 있으며 가평 청평호가 한눈에 보이며 1채당 20억이 호가하는 아파트로 명성을 날리며 ‘랜드마크’로 불리었다.
