[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시가 농촌 주민과 도시지역 귀농귀촌인들을 대상으로 농촌의 노후·불량주택을 개량하거나 신축할 경우 저금리 융자대출 지원에 나섰다.

시는, 올해 17동에 대한 농촌 주거환경 개선 사업을 진행하며, 지원대상은 농어촌지역 무주택자 또는 본인 소유 노후·불량주택을 개량 또는 신축하는 주택과 부속건축물의 연면적 합계가 150㎡ 이하인 단독주택이어야 한다.

1가구 2주택 이상 소유자 또는 사업 완료 후 2주택(세대원 포함) 이상이 되는 경우는 신청 불가하나, 올해부터는 농식품부 빈집정보등록관리시스템에 등록되어 있는 빈집을 개량하거나 철거 후 신축할 경우 2주택이 허용된다.

선정된 대상자는 신축은 최대 2억 원, 증축·대수선은 최대 1억 원 한도까지 대출기관(농협)의 여신 규정에 따라 대출이 가능하다.

대상자는 연리 2% 고정금리 또는 변동금리 가운데 선택해 1년 거치 19년 분할상환 또는 3년 거치 17년 분할상환하면 되며, 사업대상자가 청년(만40세 미만, ‘83년 1월 이후 출생자)일 경우에는 고정금리 1.5%를 적용한다. 이와 함께 280만 원 한도 내 취득세 감면, 지적측량수수료 30% 감면 혜택도 받을 수 있다.

사업신청 희망자는 오는 3월 10일까지 신청서류를 갖춰 사업대상지 읍면동 행정복지센터로 직접 방문해서 접수하면 되며, 기타 자세한 사항은 시청 홈페이지에 게시된 고시문을 참고하면 된다.
