[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군은 농촌 지역의 주거환경을 개선하기 위한 사업의 일환으로 '2022년도 농촌주택개량사업'을 추진한다고 밝혔다. 

농촌주택개량사업은 농어촌정비법에 따라 농촌지역에 노후주택을 개량하고자하는 자, 농촌지역에 거주하는 무주택자, 도시지역에서 관내로 귀촌하는 자 등에게 주택의 신축 또는 수선비용을 농협에서 저금리로 융자해주는 사업으로, 군은 올해 64동을 추진할 계획이라고 전했다. 

사업대상자로 확정되면 주택 개량 또는 신축 후 주택과 토지 등을 담보로 최대 2억 원까지 대출가능하며, 대출 금리는 고정금리 연리 2% 또는 변동금리 중 선택하여 1년 거치 19년 상환, 3년 거치 17년 상환 조건이고, 사업대상 주택은 연면적 150㎡를 초과할 수 없으며, 취득세 280만원 한도 내에서 감면 혜택과 지적측량수수료 30% 감면 혜택이 주어지며, 이번 주택개량사업은 오는 3월 10일까지 해당 주소지 읍·면사무소에서 신청접수 받는다고 했다.

이상명 농업기술센터소장은 "이번 사업으로 농촌지역의 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하고, 군민의 삶의 질 향상과 더불어 도시민의 농촌 유입을 유도하도록 하겠다.”고 말했다.
