[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 김은혜 캠프는 지난 12일 경기도 미래경제산업협회 청년대표 30인과 경기도체육인·문화단체 대표 30인이 국민의힘 김은혜 경기도지사 후보 캠프에서 김은혜 후보 지지를 선언했다고 밝혔다. 

미래경제산업협회 권민준 대표는 지지선언문에서 “6·1 지방선거는 정권교체를 완성하고 대한민국의 미래를 새롭게 만들기 위해 반드시 승리해야”하는 선거라고 규정하고, “경기도지사이자 대선후보였던 이재명 대장동 비리를 파헤치는 등 경기도의 적폐를 청산하고 공정과 정의를 실현할 적임자임을 보여준” 김은혜 후보의 승리를 위해 최선을 다할 것을 선언했다. 

또한 이날 경기도체육인·문화단체 약 1만 여명 이상을 대표하여 남목현 대표 등 30명도 김 후보 지지를 선언했다고 전했다.

남 대표는 “공정과 상식이 깨어있는 경기도 체육인과 문화인 등과 함께 어울리고 소통할 수 있는 분은 김은혜 경기도지사 후보”라며 전폭적인 지지를  약속했다. 

한편, 지난 11일에도 김 후보 캠프에서 경기도 경륜선수 6인이 “경륜선수의 인권과 처우개선을 위해 힘써줄 사람은 김은혜 후보뿐”이라며 지지선언한 바 있다.
