‘따스한 재생’을 주제로 총 39개국 104개 팀의 국내·외 작가가 참여한 가운데 지난 9월 30일부터 11월 7일까지 옛 탄약정비공장과 와동분교, 홍천미술관, 홍천중앙시장 일대 4곳에서 120여개의 작품을 선보였다고 전했다.

행사기간 동안 1만 7,556명이 전시장을 직접 찾았으며, 온라인은 1만 2,000명이 방문하는 등 총 3만여명 이상 방문한 것으로 공식 집계됐고, 온·오프라인 전시로 관람객을 맞게 된 이번 행사는 코로나19에 따른 사전 예약 시스템을 도입했지만 주말의 경우 티켓팅이 시작됨과 동시에 매진이 속출하면서 현장 예매 시스템을 병행, 방문객 모두 전시 관람이 가능하도록 운영했다고 말했다.
