[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 24일 사회복지법인 샘솟는기쁨복지재단에서 운영하는 동두천시장애인단기보호센터는 동두천시 장애인 365쉼터 수행기관으로 지정되어 지정식을 개최했고, 내년 1월 1일부터 장애인 365쉼터를 운영한다고 밝혔다.
