[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 9일, 동두천시 마임봉사회는 동두천시 중앙동에 위치한 다온식당이 후원한 사랑의 식사를 저소득 가구에 배달하는 봉사활동을 실시했다고 밝혔다. 

다온식당은 매월 지역사회 나눔문화 확산에 기여하는 착한식당에 동참하여 신선한 닭을 공수해 몸에 좋은 한약재로 만든 보양식 삼계탕을 중앙동 저소득 계층에 후원하고 있으며, 이번 마임봉사회 사랑의 식사 배달 봉사에도 5가구에 삼계탕을 후원하였다고 했다.  

동두천시 마임봉사회 한은숙 회장은 “꾸준히 후원해주시는 다온식당 정일순 대표님께 감사드리며 앞으로 지역 사회를 위해 꾸준히 봉사할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

이춘우 중앙동장은 “더운 여름날에 중앙동 소외계층을 위해 봉사에 참여해 주신 마임봉사회와 다온식당 정일순 대표님께 감사드린다”며 “어려운 소외계층에 많은 관심과 사랑을 나누어 훈훈하고 정이 넘치는 지역사회가 될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
