올해에는 총 3억2천4백만 원의 예산을 편성하여 환경 전문공기업인 경기도환경기술지원센터에 위탁하여 사업을 추진하고 있으며, 지난 2월 1차 사업장 모집 공고에 이어 지난 5월 14일에는 2차 공고를 실시하여 예산 범위 내에서 추가 사업장을 모집한다고 했다.

지원대상은 중소기업기본법 시행령 제3조 제1항에 따른 중‧소기업 및 대기환경보전법 시행령 제13조에 따른 4‧5종 사업장이며, 공동주택 또는 업무‧상업용 건축물에 설치된 보일러도 일반 버너에서 저녹스버너로 교체하는 경우 지원된다고 말했다.
