[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양주시는 대기 오염물질 배출업소의 노후화된 방지시설 개선과 교체를 지원하는‘소규모 사업장 방지시설 설치 지원 사업’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 지역 내 대기오염물질 배출사업장 중 강화된 대기배출허용기준을 준수하기 위해 노후화된 방지시설의 개선·교체가 필요한 경우 방지시설 교체비용을 지원, 사업장의 경제적 부담을 경감하고 쾌적한 대기환경을 조성하기 위해 실시한다고 했다.

지원대상은 환경시설 개선 의지가 있는 관내 모든 대기 배출사업장으로 3년 이내 신규 설치된 방지시설과 5년 이내 정부로부터 지원받은 방지시설은 제외된다고 했다.

지원금액은 시설·용량에 따라 최대 5억 6천만원의 범위 내에서 실제 설치 소요비용의 90%까지 차등 지원하며, 특히 올해부터는 방지시설의 개선·교체 지원 없이 사물인터넷(IoT) 측정기기 부착만을 별도로 지원받을 수 있다고 했다.

지원을 희망하는 사업장은 오는 4월 4일부터 7일까지 참여 신청서와 구비서류 등을 작성해 (재)경기환경에너지진흥원에 우편, 방문 접수하면 된다고 전했다.
