드림스타트 프로그램은 아동과 양육자의 참여를 독려하여, 부모와 아동의 관계 향상에 중점을 두고 프로그램을 계획하고 있으며, 해당 프로그램을 평일뿐만 아니라 맞벌이 가정을 고려하여 토요일까지 시간을 확대하여 운영한다. 또한, 프로그램 진행장소의 소독과 사회적 거리두기, 마스크 쓰기, 손 소독, 발열 체크 등 코로나19 방역지침도 철저히 준수하며 진행된다고 말했다.
