[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8일 포천시는 시청 시정회의실에서 지적재조사위원회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 위원회에서는 ‘신읍6지구’ 지적재조사사업 완료에 따른 토지면적 증감이 발생한 82필지에 대하여 조정금 산정 적정성을 심의·의결했다고 했다.

포천시는 위원회에서 결정된 조정금을 토지소유자에게 통보하고 60일간의 이의신청 기간을 거쳐 조정금을 지급 또는 징수할 계획이며, 조정금은 고지일로부터 6개월 내 지급 또는 납부해야 한다고 전했다.

포천시 관계자는 “지적재조사위원회에서 결정된 조정금 징수금액이 1천만 원을 초과하는 경우 조정금을 부과한 날부터 1년간 4회 이내로 납부 할 수 있는 분할 납부제도를 적극 이용하시길 바란다.”면서 “특별법이 만료되는 2030년까지 지적재조사사업을 속도감 있게 추진해 경계분쟁 등으로 재산권 행사에 어려움을 겪는 소유자들에게 조속히 혜택을 드릴 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
