더불어민주당(이하 “민주당”)은 경기섬유지원센터에서 확성기를 사용해 기자회견을 진행한 것이 「공직선거법」제59조(선거운동기간), 제91조(확성장치의 사용 제한), 제254조(선거기간위반의죄)에 위반된다고 주장하고 있습니다.

 

이에 대한 사실근거와 법리적 판단은 다음과 같습니다.

 

첫 번째, 기자회견을 빙자해 다수의 지지자들에게 공약발표를 포함한 사실상의 출정식을 개최했다는 주장입니다.
