[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 14일부터 4월 15일 18시까지 가평군이 '2022년 상반기 신혼부부 주거자금 대출이자 지원 사업'을 실시한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 대출이자 지원 사업은 작년 하반기 전세자금에서 주거자금으로 확대 추진하여 관내 신혼부부의 큰 호응을 얻으면서, 더 많은 신혼부부들의 정주여건 개선을 위해 올해부터 주소기준, 소득기준, 주택기준을 완화하여 추진한다고 전했다.

가평군에 거주하는 신혼부부의 주거부담 완화를 위하여 지난 2021년 하반기에 납부한 전세자금, 매입자금의 대출이자를 최대 150만원 지원하며, 지원 대상은 부부 모두 가평군에 거주하고 혼인신고일 기준 7년 이내인 신혼부부로써 기준 중위소득 200% 이하, 가평군 소재 주택의 전세자금 또는 매입자금 용도로 금융기관에서 대출을 받은 무주택 또는 1주택 가구라고 했다. 

다만 기초생활수급자, 공공임대주택 거주자, 국가 또는 경기도에서 유사한 사업의 시행으로 중복지원을 받는 자 등은 제외된다고 전했다. 

지난 2021년 하반기(7월~12월)에 납부한 대출이자를 최대 100가구에게 150만원까지 지원하며, 요건 충족 시 최대 3년간 지원하고 1자녀 출생 시마다 2년씩 연장되고, 단, 매년 신규신청이 필요하고 최대 혼인 후 7년 이전까지 지원받을 수 있다고 했다.

군 관계자는 “대출이자 지원을 통해 신혼부부의 주거비 부담을 완화하여 안정적이고 더 나은 주거환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 주민들의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 관련 세부사항은 가평군청 홈페이지 ‘고시․공고’ 게시판의 공고문에서 확인할 수 있으며, 지원 자격을 갖춘 신혼부부 가구는 신청기간 이내에 거주지 읍면 행정복지센터에 직접 방문하여 신청하면 된다고 했다.
