[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 7일, 양양군은 군청 대회의실에서 중대재해처벌법 시행에 따른 관리감독자 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이날 교육은 산업안전보건법 제32조에 따른 안전보건 관리책임자 등에 관한 직무교육으로 부서별 관리감독자 및 교육 희망자를 대상으로 실시되었다고 했다.

최요한 ㈜세이프지 대표가 강사로 진행한 이날 교육에서는 중대재해처벌법의 이해, 유해·위험 작업환경 관리방안, 현장근로자와의 의사소통 능력 배양등 관리감독자의 전반적인 역할과 임무 등에 대해 교육했다고 전했다.

김진하 양양군수는 “중대재해처벌법 시행에 따라 전담조직인 중대재해대응TF팀을 1월에 신설하였으며, 중대재해예방종합계획을 수립했다”며 “이번 교육을 계기로 모든 관리감독자는 물론 모든 직원이 역량을 키워 재해 없는 안전한 양양군을 만들어 가는데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
